Warm Maple Butter - the artist formerly known as SWEATER WEATHER

This smells like a fresh batch of homemade maple cookies, which makes it the perfect staging-scent if you're selling your house. Or if you're not selling your house. Or if you're in fact baking up a batch of said cookies. Or eating one. Or two. Or contemplating another batch having just eaten them all... Look, just light this candle.

What is a wood wick?

Typically, candle wicks are made from either cotton or wood. But, since pure cotton wicks don’t stand up straight, many manufacturers add traces of heavy metals which release into the air when burnt. (Not so nice in your home.) All of our candles are made with wooden wicks because they’re cleaner, always upright, and create that beautiful dancing flame that’s crackly and cozy.

Unlike cotton wicks, wood wicks don’t contain traces of heavy metals, so the burn is much cleaner. Not only are wood wicks environmentally friendly, they emit the scent from the candle quicker, they have a friendly crackle that keeps you company and — let’s be honest — they look so nice!

What are the benefits of coconut soy wax?

So glad you asked! Soy wax burns 30-50% slower than paraffin wax, providing you a candle that lasts longer. Coconut soy wax is also environmentally friendly, produces minimal to no soot while burning, and releases no harmful toxins into the air.
