Birds of North America

Birds of North America is a line of vintage-classic clothing for women designed by Hayley Gibson. The line was founded in 2007 and is available in over 20 boutiques across Canada. All the clothing is entirely produced and manufactured in Montreal. The impeccable fit and construction as well as the flattering cuts of Birds of North America clothing have garnered the line a loyal following.

Hayley became interested in clothing at a young age and gradually progressed from small hand-sewn projects to disassembling and reconstructing vintage clothing. She graduated from Ryerson University’s Fashion Design program in Toronto in 2002. In Birds of North America you will find elements from Hayley's childhood on the West Coast of Canada such as school uniforms, boating paraphernalia, antique furniture and institutions like schools, music conservatories, libraries and hospitals.
